Onboarding

Our technical team will set up your instance, hosted in the cloud or on-premise. We can help map your existing organization to the groups and tasks within our system, allowing you to automatically assign trainings and other criteria to any location, department, or special project.

The onboarding process includes implementation and rollout planning. This is where we map your existing organization to the groups and tasks within our system. This can include org charts, forms, qual card analysis, and any other supplemental documents needed.

The team will configure your system, load content, onboard users, and train admin. Examples include user guides, Explainer Videos, and the creation of unique documents if needed.

Competency Modeling

If you have training content but do not have competency models built yet, we can connect you with our consultant team to understand your business and help create models for you. To define your competency framework we use a process that involves defining the teams and roles in your organization. Next we determine any cultural competencies, and finally, competencies for each established role and team.

Content Generation and Management

We can pull in content directly from content libraries, integrate with your existing LMS, you can build your own content within the system, or all three! We can also assist in digitizing hard copy content.

Software Implementation Services

Our customer support team will work with you every step of the way to help you set up the product and use it without interrupting your day to day. First we will set up the new instance, add customer branding, and create any integrations needed. Next we will load the training content, users, and recreate the organizational structure within the system including locations, departments, teams, and roles.

Custom Development Services

For over 18 years we have been creating custom software products for a variety of needs. We can easily create custom add-ons to your unique Competency Manager instance if you have additional requirements not solved by the out of the box solution. Examples may include white labeling, extending existing functionality, new modules, or custom reporting.
